special production systems. We represent our country in
the national and international market in the field of hydraulic
press working on machine manufacturing. We aim to take
our place in the domestic and international market with
our new TUBITAK (Scientific and Technological Research
Council of Turkey) project, SERVO PRES. It is our greatest
desire to work and to realize these projects of hydraulic and
Servopreses suitable for the production lines necessary
especially for the automobile to be produced especially in
the domestic market.
We have 6 new R & D projects, explained Ali Bağcı and
he added : ’’ So far our R & D center has created projects
for the automotive sector, mainly for domestic appliance
, shipyards and heavy production facilities. All of these
projects have found their users. 6 ongoing projects is our
primary goal to be completed. Especially, prepared as a
TUBITAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council
of Turkey) project the SERVO PRES which we have is very
valuable for us. Then we will continue to develop new
technologies with original designs and integrate existing
technologies into different systems with new projects. In the
project of creating our domestic automobile brand, we as
HÜRSAN PRES and R & D Center want to take part in this
breakthrough project and contribute. One of our biggest
goals is to produce the parts of a domestic automobile
brand from the machines of HÜRSAN Press worthily.
We must give importance to technical studies in order
to be able to shape the future and take our place in the
international arena with the power of knowledge stated Ali
Bağcı, he added : ’’ Congresses and meetings involving
universities and academic staff should be held in order to
ensure that the companies contributing to the domestic
production in our country turn to R & D. Through these
meetings, the vision of investors and production personnel
on the power of technology and knowledge should be
expanded ’’ - he ended.
Tüm projelerimiz üretime yönelik geliştirilen çözüm odaklı
projelerdir diye ifade eden bağcı, “Müşterilerimizin talepleri
doğrultusunda dizayn edilen preslerimiz her türlü özel
üretim sistemine entegre edilmektedir. Çalışmalarımız
makine imalatı üzerine olup hidrolik pres konusunda ulusal
ve uluslararası pazarda ülkemizi temsil etmekteyiz. Yeni
Tübitak projemiz olan SERVO PRES ile yine yurtiçi ve
yurtdışında pazardaki yerimizi almayı hedeflemekteyiz.
Özelikle yerli üretilecek otomobil için gerekli üretim
hatlarına uygun hidrolik ve servo preslerin projeleri üzerine
çalışmak ve bu projeleri gerçekleştirmek en büyük
isteğimizdir” diye konuştu.
Ar-Ge çalışması devam eden 6 yeni projemiz var diye
konuşan Ali Bağcı, “ArGe merkezimiz bugüne kadar
otomotiv sektörü başta olmak üzere, beyaz eşya, tersane
ve ağır üretim tesislerine yönelik projeler oluşturmuştur.
Bu projelerin tamamı kullanıcılarını buldu. Devam eden
6 projemizi tamamlamak öncelikli hedefimiz. Özellikle şu
an TUBİTAK projesi olarak hazırladığımız SERVO PRES
bizim için çok değerli. Sonrasında da yeni projelerle
özgün tasarımlarla yeni teknolojiler geliştirmeye ve mevcut
teknolojileri farklı sistemlere entegre etme çalışmalarımıza
devam edeceğiz. Yerli otomobil markamızın yaratılması
projesinde bizde HÜRSAN PRES ve AR-GE Merkezi
olarak bu atılım da yer almak ve katkı sağlamak istiyoruz.
En Büyük hedeflerimizden biri de yerli otomobilimize ait
parçaların otomobilimizin adına yakışır şekilde yerli ve milli
olan HÜRSAN Prese ait makinelerde üretilmesidir” dedi.
Geleceğe yön verebilmek ve bilginin gücüyle uluslararası
arenada yerimizi alabilmek için teknik çalışmalara önem
vermek zorundayız diye konuşan Bağcı, “ Ülkemizdeki yerli
üretime katkıda bulunan firmaların Ar-Ge’ye yönelmesini
sağlamak için Üniversitelerin ve akademik personellerin
içinde bulunduğu kongre ve toplantılar gerçekleştirilmelidir.
Bu toplantılar sayesinde yatırımcıların ve üretimdeki
personellerin teknoloji ve bilginin gücü konusunda
vizyonları genişletilmelidir.
