Konya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Uğur İbrahim Altay, Mavi Tünel çıkışında yapımını sürdürdükleri hidroelektrik santralinin
KOSKİ Genel Müdürlüğü için önemli bir gelir kaynağı olacağını söyledi. Çalışmaları yerinde inceleyen Başkan Altay,
hidroelektrik santralinde 20 bin haneli bir yerleşim yerinin ihtiyacına tekabül edecek elektrik üretileceğini ve projenin 5 yıl
içinde kendini amorti edeceğini ifade etti.
Konya Metropolitan Mayor Ugur Ibrahim Altay said that the construction of the Mavi Tunnel (Blue Tunnel) exit of the
hydroelectric power plant will be an important source of income for the General Directorate of KOSKI. Mayor Altay, who
studies the work site, said that it will generate electricity to meet the needs of a residential area of 20 thousand households in
the hydroelectric power plant and the project will pay for itself within 5 years.
