being the greatest in the world.
We watch trends and visit fairs in
the Far East and in Europe.
Targets for 2014?
Our six months growth is 116 %
in 2014. By the end of the year
40 % of our sales will be from
exports.
What about technical services?
It is so important. We have 96
technical service points in 7
regions. Our friends in services
are invited to our factory each
month to exchange views and
experiences. At annual me-
etings we provide them both
education and entertainment. We visit Tusid fair held in
CNR, where we talk to our distributors. Surveys shows that
their satisfaction is about 90 percent.
On R&D activities?
3 % of our sales goes to R&D operations. We produce first
samples and send them to pilot buyers. They test them
and provide their feed-backs. The loop goes on and on.
We made experiments and tests in our kitchen. When
products are developed completely we launch them
in the market. Our sales have been doubled each year.
Even I can say that in terms of sales we ar at the third
rank.
We always try to satisfy our customers by producing
better products. We need better staff to expand our
market coverage, however, finding experienced staff is
our major problem. We are going to even expand our
factory more to find room for larger volumes.
