ucit Plastik Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was es-
tablished by Mucit Yigit in 1995. Its mission is to solve
molding problems in the industry, manufacture and
export plastic parts.
“We are capable of making about 50 molds every month. In
our molding workshop, we have 8 CNC vertical machines, 3
CNC lathes, 2 CNC wire EDM 2 EDM and all others. We are
capable of machining 3200X1650X900 parts. We have also 23
plastic injection and one rubber injection machine,” the official
of the firm said. “We have prototyping system for fast sample
pieces. This system has Breuckmann optical scanning device
and Dimension brand 3D printer. With this system we can ma-
nufacture samples in a very short time without making mold.
We have produced parts for different sectors to date. For flour
milling; we manufactured elevator buckets, fittings and some
other parts required by customers.
Since, we are capable of making molds, any new request
welcome. If you sent us your technical drawings (or samp-
les) we can evaluate and make parts for you,” the official
recoded.
“It is always pleasing to us to make new things and make in-
novation together with you for you requirements. By the way,
the meaning of our name Mucit is Inventor. We are not really
inventing, but making innovation always.”
