ukamet rotating type cylinders chara-
cterize to increase working efficiency,
making quick rotating and pressing
process, sheltering many innovations in its
structure with operating air pressure. With the
combination of these features, an ideal pro-
duct has been revealed featuring as possible
as smallest sized and compact designed with
many pressing capabilities.
Kukamet rotating type cylinders are designed
in clockwise or opposite of clockwise in 90
degree angle or designed as tailor-made in
special angles suitable for vertical action.
These products which provide metal/nonme-
tal work parts being pressed in a speedy way
during production activities, also produce
solutions in a wide range thanks to harmo-
nizing with the operations of welding and
assembling.
In this point, Kukamet offers 4 different body
options in order to let its customers to positi-
oning the rotating type cylinders easily. The
coupling holes on different points of these
body options or thanks to screws which were
made directly on the body, their assembly
can be made in many ways.

In order to monitor piston position on cylinder
body, there are ‘C’ type and ‘T’ type sensor
channels.
The piston pins of the products have been
covered with hard chrome and surface
polishing made against wear and corrosion.
This surface polishing process is applied on all
surfaces where impermeability elements tou-
ch dynamically. Clamping is aimed to work
silent and without problem, as well as having
long-life thanks to polishing process applied
to lower surface roughness value.
