FINANCIAL SYSTEM THAT TURKEY SEEKS FOR
T. C. Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, “Alternatif
finans konusunda ülkemizi hak ettiği yere getireceğiz.”
Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, alternatif finans
konusunun ekonomiye yeni bir soluk getireceğini ve Türki-
ye’nin her alanda olduğu gibi ekonomide ve onun ayrılmaz
bir parçası olan finans sisteminde sürekli ileriye gitmek,
kendi modellerini oluşturmak zorunda olduklarını ifade
etti.Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, geleceğin dünyasında faize
dayalı bir sistemin yerini, risk paylaşımının esas olduğu
katılımcılığın aldığı yeni bir finansal mimariye bırakacağı-
na inandığını söyledi. Alternatif finansın dünyada süratle
yaygınlaştığını, benimsendiğini, derinlik kazandığını anlatan
Erdoğan, “Önümüzdeki dönemde alternatif finans konu-
sunda daha cesur ve kararlı adımlar atacak, ülkemizi bu
alanda da hak ettiği yere getireceğiz” şeklinde konuştu.
Alternatif Finansta Yeni Ufuklar
Türkiye’nin her alanda olduğu gibi ekonomide ve onun
ayrılmaz bir parçası olan finans sisteminde sürekli ileriye
gitmek, kendi modellerini oluşturmak zorunda olduğunu
ifade eden Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, “Dünya ekonomi-
sinde söz sahibi çevrelerin önümüze koydukları modeller,
bizim gibi ülkeleri, kendi vatanlarında dahi ciddi çıkmaza
girdi. Ekonomideki temel işlevi tasarruflarla reel yatırımlar
arasında köprü kurmak olan finansal sistemin mevcut
yapısıyla görevini hakkıyla yerine getiremediğini belirterek,
üretimin ve refahın artışına katkı yapması gereken sistemin

of Turkey. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that
alternative finance will bring a new breath to the economy and
Turkey has to go forward continuously and has to create its
own models in the economy and in the fiscal system, which
is an integral part of the economy. President Erdogan said
that he believes that in the future’s world, the interest-based
system will give place to a new financial architecture, i.e.
participation, where risk-sharing is essential. Stating that the
alternative finance is expanding, being adopted and gaining
depth rapidly in the world, Erdogan said; “In the coming
period, we will take bolder and determined steps in alternative
finance, and we will bring our country to the place it deserves
in this field, too”
New Horizons in Alternative Finance
Outlining that Turkey has to go forward continuously and has
to create its own models in the economy and in the fiscal
system, which is an integral part of the economy, President
Erdogan stated that; “The models put forward by thecountries
having a voice in the world’s economy have come to a serious
deadlock in countries like us, even in their own homeland.
The financial system whose main function in the economy
is to bridge the savings and real investments,cannot fulfill its
duties properly with its current structure.The system, which
