keşfe yönelik daha önce şehre gelmemiş isimlerle
sevenlerimizi buluşturmak anlayışı ile rotamızı çizdik. Geçen
sezonda üst üste katılımcı sayısı ve etkinlik oranlarında
önemli bir başarı yakalayan SKM’ de bu sezonda da yerli
ve yabancı sanatçılardan türünün en iyi örneklerine yer
vererek, yine renkli ve dolu bir sezon hazırladık. Geçen yıl
olduğu gibi bu yılda daha fazla misafire ulaşmak, onları
farklı etkinliklerle buluşturmak amacındayız. Mart 2018’den
bu yana faaliyetlerine devam eden SKM’ de, geçen 1 yıl
boyunca gerçekleştirdiğimiz organizasyonlardan aldığımız
geri bildirimlerin yanı sıra misafirlerimizin de beklenti ve
taleplerini göz önüne alarak yeni sezon projelerimize yön
verdik.’’ diyerek sözlerine devam eden Kocagüzel, ‘’ Enerjisi
hiç düşmeyen aktivitelere imza atarak, sektöre yön veren
kongre ve toplantılara, konuşmalara, ilgi çekici söyleşilere,
eğitici panellere ve kültür sanat organizasyonlarına ev
sahipliği yaptık ve yapmaya devam edeceğiz’’ dedi.
Kocagüzel “Kongre turizminde iyi noktalara ulaşmayı
hedefleyen Konya’ nın tercih edilen destinasyon
olabileceğinin altını çizmek istiyoruz. SKM olarak kongre
ve toplantı için yapılan organizasyonlarda otel dışında da
bir alternatif olduğumuzu sunarak büyük fark yaratıyoruz.
Amacımız misafirlerimize bu farklılıkları da göstermek.
Anadolu’ da turizmin çeşitlendirilmesi gerekiyor. Kongre,
toplantı ve kültür sanat gibi organizasyonların Konya’da
yapılması için daha fazla çaba sarf edilmesi gerektiğinin
bilinciyle hareket ediyoruz. Turizm sektörü profesyonellerinin
yoğun katılımı ile turizm pastasından daha çok pay alarak,
kongre, toplantı ve etkinlik sektörünü canlandırmayı
hedefliyoruz. Fuar alanında da ciddi gelişmeler kaydedildi
önümüzdeki dönemlerde de fuar organizasyonlarının
artacağını düşünüyorum, Kasım ayında bunlardan bir
tanesi olan, Uluslararası Ahilik Fuarı ve İş Ahlakı Zirvesi’
ne ev sahipliği yapacağız. Aynı zamanda bu ve bunun gibi
ulusal ve uluslararası kongre ve fuarları şehrimize çekmek
için projeler üretiyoruz.’’ diyerek sözlerini tamamladı.
“While preparing for the new season, mostly exploration-
oriented, we set a course with the understanding of meeting
the names that have not come to the city before with
our lovers. Having achieved a significant success in the
number of participants and event rates in the last season,
in this season we also prepared a colorful and full season
by providing the best examples of its kind from native and
foreign artists. Same as last year, also in this year, we aim
to reach more guests and bring them together with different
events. At SCC, continuing its activities since March 2018,
we have directed our new season projects by considering
the expectations and demands of our guests as well as the
feedback we received from the organizations we carried out
during the last 1 year.” Fatih Kocagüzel, General Manager of
Selçuklu Congress Center, said and continued his speech
as follow: “By carrying out energetic events, we hosted
and will continue to host the congresses and meetings that
are movers and shakers of the sector, talks, challenging
conversations, educational panels and culture and arts
organizations.”
“We would like to underline that Konya, which aims to reach
the best spots in congress tourism, may be the preferred
destination. As SCC, we make a big difference by offering
that we are an alternative to the congress and meeting
organizations outside the hotel. Our goal is to show these
differences to our guests. Tourism in Anatolia needs to be
diversified. We act with the awareness that more effort is
needed to carry out organizations such as congresses,
meetings and cultural arts in Konya. We aim to invigorate the
congress, meeting and event sector by taking more shares
from tourism pie with the intensive participation of tourism
sector professionals. Significant improvements were also
made in the fair field. I think that the fair organizations will
increase in the coming
periods.InNovember, we will host
one of them, the “International Fair of Akhism (Ahilik) and
Business Ethics Summit”. At the same time, we produce
projects to attract these and other national and international
congresses and fairs to this city.” Kocagüzel said.
