KTO Karatay Üniversitesi Sürekli Eğitim Uygulama ve

Araştırma Merkezi “KARSEM” KTO Karatay Üniversitesi

bünyesinde 18.08.2010 tarihinde kurulmuştur.

KARSEM, üniversitenin mezunları ile mensuplarının ve

toplumun her kesiminin yaşam boyu öğrenim süreçlerinde

yer almaları için ihtiyaç duyulan her alanda mesleki ve

teknik eğitim programları düzenlemektedir.

KARSEM, toplumun tüm kesimi için bireylerin bilgi ve

becerilerini arttırmak, mesleki kariyerlerini desteklemek

amacıyla sertifika programları, kişisel gelişim eğitimleri,

kurslar, mesleki ve teknik eğitimler, bilişim kursları, tıbbi

eğitimler, seminerler vb. düzenleyerek ülkemizin iş gücü

niteliğinin ve iş gücü kapasitesinin artırılması amacıyla

nitelikli eğitimler düzenlemektedir.

Günümüzde özellikle teknolojide meydana gelen anlık

gelişim ve dönüşümler, dünyada pek çok alanda hızlı

değişimleri tetiklemektedir. Bu değişimler toplumların eğitim,

ekonomi ve iş dünyasını etkilemektedir. Gelişmiş toplumlar

bu değişimlere çabuk uyum sağlamakta, bunu ise nitelikli

KTO Karatay University Continuing Education Practice and

Research Center “KARSEM” was established on 18.08.2010

within KTO Karatay University.

KARSEM organizes vocational and technical training

programs in all areas needed to take part in the lifelong

learning processes of the university’s graduates and

members and all segments of society.

KARSEM provides certificate programs, personal

development trainings, courses, vocational and technical

trainings, IT courses, medical trainings ect. to increase the

knowledge and skills of individuals for the whole segment of

society and to support their professional careers; it organizes

trainings with the aim of increasing to increase the labor

force capacity and labor force capacity of our country.

Today, instantaneous developments and transformations,

especially in technology, trigger rapid changes in many areas

of the world. These changes affect the societies’ education,

economy and business world. Developed societies adapt

quickly to these changes and do so through qualified
