so wide that every producer does not face with any difficulty to find
an area for him-herself. In other words, there is a remarkable gap in
the market. Nowadays ‘sustainability and profitability’ which is spoken
frequently shows itself in this sector frankly,” Mevlüt Oral.
One of the successful firms of mill machinery sector, Unormak has ac-
complished an investment in a new plant about fodder technologies.
Beginning production under the name of ORYEM, the plant will act in
technology production in all branches of the fodder industry.
Stating they would assess their experience and information accumu-
lation gained in mill machinery as a similar area in the fodder industry,
the official of ORYEM Mevlüt Oral said that investment was a social
responsibility should be fulfilled for their customers.
Mevlüt Oral responded our wondered questions about the investment
directed towards fodder sector, in addition to ORYEM for the readers
of our magazine.
Q- Mr. Oral, in the near past you made an investment in fodder tech-
nologies. Firstly, would you tell us the content of this investment?
A- Of course, firstly, I can say that the reason which urged us to this
investment was the position of Unormak Mill Machines, first firm of
the group in both home and abroad, as well as the experience and
information accumulation. Today, ethic responsibility in your commit-
ments and social responsibility for both customers and environment
have become one of the most foremost quality concepts. Unormak
is a firm that has been in consciousness of these responsibilities, trying
to fulfill the necessities of those and has proved itself in this topic. This
case has encouraged us would be assertive in the fodder sector which
shows a parallel condition with our sector. Together with these pluses
we have come to a position to be able to serve in the areas of fodder
technology in all branches such as poultry, livestock, sheep and goats
and aquaculture. Our aim is to be able to offer the products which
have more suitable prices, higher efficiency and high technology to
the sector. In addition, we have signed cooperation agreement with
Awila GmbH, a 110-year old firm, related to aquaculture products in
the fodder technology area.
Thanks to this cooperation we have taken to produce products with
the new technologies in our R & D plan and we have started the ne-
cessary steps quickly for this. The said firm having successful references
in many countries in the world will be a function to allow us to be ahe-
ad. Shortly, I would like to specify that establishing and improving a firm
take for a long time. However, we hope this process to shorten with
Unormak experience and German partnership. Currently, we operate
